ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!! COCKROACH ALERT! COMPLAINT REGISTERED TO FSSAI 🚨 1. ordered Spring rolls & dumplings - found a deep fried dead cockroach in the food. The restaurant manager apologized to waive the food cost 2. meanwhile order 2 Pizza arrived - found a living cockroach between the pizza slices. The restaurant serves garbage quality and unhygienic food. Visit only if you want to spend Rs 400 for 4-6 pieces of dumplings/momos while getting substandard quality of unhygienic food. Complaint has been registered against the restaurant to FSSAI hoping for some action.

The manager Virander Singh Tomar asked us to pay a 6 month old bill. Dont know whose bill it was. It happened with us for the second time. Either he is drunk or he feels customers are too drunk to pay someone else's bill. They took half an hour to bring a chana roast. The hotel is full of small sized cockroaches. Need pest control and cleaning. The staff is ill mannered and service is very slow.

It is just very horrible and everything is not upto the mark even the hospitality and everything was very poor they don’t know how to attend their customers and make the feel satisfied..This is the most stupid and rediculous hotel in Indore..i advice you to please don’t organize any function and any type of parties here..You will get disappoint..

Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels. service was also not good. The prices were exorbitant and the taste of food was also pathetic. We regret our decision to go Hotel Surya
