This place needs no introduction. One of the oldest and best places for coffee and South Indian Food. Food quality, quantity and hygiene are upto the mark and prices too are reasonably priced. SUGGESTION: The sambhar still has a little scope of improvement.

Ambiance - 6 Taste - 7 Value for Money - 8 Presentation - 7 Staff & Hospitality - 8 OVERALL - 7.5 One of the oldest chain of restaurants! •Well this place is having mixed reviews. Some things are good, some thing are ok ok. •Their chutney is awesome. Sambhar is satisfactory. I don't know why they don't provide a red chutney too with south indian? •Dosa is ok, coffee is ok, cold coffee is bad, egg curry is awesome and maximum things falls in ok category •I don't know what is wrong with their french toast. Why is it sweet? I expected something else to come. #TKFoodFact | The Indian Coffee House first outlet was opened in Bombay in 1936. Now it has over 400 outlets across India.

During my recent visit to Indore, I came across this small eatery while searching for a place to have breakfast. This place is really well maintained. It's clean, the staff is courteous and attentive. I mean its a good package of clean quality food with a smile. The omelette, egg bhurji, mysore dosa were a real treat. We came back for dinner the same night and tried the roast chicken. A bit dry but good to taste. This is a must place to visit if you're in Indore.

Very good place to have quick south Indian snacks though they have options for main course but it's a waste of money if you go for. Vada sambhar, uttapam and dosas are something that are must try at ICH. Ordered Vada sambhar, cheese dosa , egg gravy, chicken biryani. To be honest egg gravy and chicken biryani lacked spices and taste eventually and didn't pull my attraction towards them. South Indian items were on par and I think best served anywhere in the city. At the end of the food a cup of coffee refreshed completely. Owners are polite and quick enough to respond to your needs. Waiters are polite and quick. No ambiance but a comfortable place to sit and enjoy some quick bites. They lack numbers in main course rest all fine. Again south Indian recommended.

Always a great place to sit n have some south indian food. This time ordered Chinese without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised with steamy hot chowmin. The tutty fruity sundae was good, but seemed a bit over priced. Still love ICH. Special mention to prompt service.

This place has maintained its traditional way of serving. If you want to know how the restaurants of past years look : visit here, and you will never get disappointed by its food quality and service. The traditional outfit they have maintained is just amazing.
