Food and ambience was good but the service was far too slow and unremarkable

Property is good but service is very poor, we have to service staff every time . Rates are very kuch exajurated as compare to quality and portion. It's not a bar but people carry from outside and drink in same glass in which water is served. when we ask for Napkin, they denied stating it's not available. Overall Management needs improvement.

All the non-veg starters tasted the same, as if they used identical spices and marinade. It was my birthday, and they didn’t even pack the cake after I cut it; unacceptable birthday service. Definitely won’t choose this place again for any special occasion.

Food was Good. The service was very delayed. They took even 45 min to serve starter and another 30 min to serve main course. No staff was present in the restaurant. We needed to walk out to call the staff for service.
