Visited Sayaji Kababvilla — the service was very good, and the staff behavior was extremely polite. I asked a few questions, and they answered everything very politely and professionally.

Was promised complimentary drinks and later charged contradictory to their statement ( In charge Sunil) . Initially they serve all the bbq with such pace one will feel stuffed. More than a service its a tactic . You wont enjoy a meal here . Not a place to relax

Kebabsville Indore has completely lost the plot. What used to be our go‑to option has now turned into a place where quality, service, and food variety seem to be the least of their concerns. Anup, our server, genuinely tried to set things right — but he was badly let down by his senior, who couldn’t even take our drinks order for 15 minutes and then had the audacity to blame it on “miscommunication.” The reality was obvious: staff were focused only on large tables of 5+ guests, while us two‑seater mortals were left waiting. Food was delayed, the main course tasted sub‑par, and long‑standing favorites like their non‑veg salad have simply disappeared from the menu. The inconsistency is glaring — they once improved after a slump, but now service and offerings have nosedived again. For a premium club restaurant, this is unacceptable. If you expect premium payment, you should deliver premium quality. Sadly, Kebabsville today feels like a place that just doesn’t care about its members anymore. Thanks to Anup for doing his job well — but his seniors disappointed us. We won’t be visiting Kebabsville again in the near future.

Very poor service and average food. The buffet had a very limited selection of items, and the entire place felt congested and poorly managed. To make matters worse, there were not enough utensils available. We waited for more than 10 minutes for soup bowls, and even after repeatedly informing the staff, they failed to provide them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
