the overall ambience and food was good and nice quality. But I personally didn't like the chicken tangri kebab as it was dry not so juicy. it was alright . Rest of the food was good . prawns were delicious.

1) food - 3.5* 2) Service - 2.5* 3) knowledge of staff - 2* 4) ambience - 4* 5) value proposition - 3.5* overall experience 3* suggestion: you should offer either Ice Tea/Lime soda with buffet. being monday we expected decent service, the asked snacks were late and 2 different persons came for feedback but were not available when we wanted to ask for quick service. table was wobbly.

I've been coming to Kebabsville for over 15 years now and I had the worst experience today. The food quality has worsened, the ambience is completely gone because of the blasting music from the lawn right beside Kebabsville. It used to be my favourite dinner spot but after today I'll think twice before coming here. I was very disappointed by today's experience.

Very disappointing experience. Had to wait more than 1 hour just because of staff shortage, and the service was extremely poor. It honestly felt like a low-standard local hotel in Indore. Food quality has also gone down significantly day by day. The staff themselves looked stressed and disturbed, which clearly reflects poor management. Not recommended at all.
