Today I visited La Pino’z Pizza and had a really nice experience. By mistake, my cold drink got spilled, and it was completely my fault. But the staff was very kind—they gave me a fresh drink again without charging extra and only took payment once. Really appreciate their polite behavior and customer service. Small gestures like this make a big difference. Definitely recommend this place 👍

Best place for pizza lovers. If you’re cheese lover then must try 7 cheese pizza here. It’s awesome. Good place to visit with family and friends.

Hi guys, Visited the place, location is nice near crown palace, decent parking, suficient sitting options, gives proper pizza place vibes just like dominoes and they have similar ambinace and sitting options. Now talking about the food I ordered peri paneer pizza, paneer garlic bread, chil, and tandoor pizza. Well i liked tandori pizza, garlic bread was ok.. garlic bread didnt had garlic flavour that was a bit odd , pizza were great though and perfect in every sense. Service was fast, staff is polite and the place is must visit for pure vegetarian, now a days its hard to find pure veg specially pizza places .. Overall i liked the place and will visit soon

Pizza taste was okay but it was not fully baked may be just to deliver in time. If it could have baked properly the taste might have better

La Pino'z was an absolute game changer when it arrived in Indore. People who were fed up of Pizza Hut, Domino's and the likes had more options, finally! A place like Indore already has watered down menus of the original Pizza chains available in the metros, so, that sucked big time. La Pino’z arrived and brought a big menu with them! People were happy to have newer varieties, albeit a lot of them when they opened their first store in Indore. Although, is it the same now? Let's find out. As of me writing this review, La Pino’z Pizza has become what I hate the most: Average. I was gasping for air and honestly, disappointed when I had pizza here after a long stint at some other cities. The korma sauce's sourness was overpowering a lot of elements of everything we ordered. I've alway heard great things about it. But the taste was JUST okay. Thin crust was not crispy, just mediocre (not pictured here). Service is not bad, not great either. Atmosphere in terms of hygiene, cleanliness and ambience is mediocre. Place is exclusively vegetarian-only with few Jain options. All-in-all, I'd still visit them as a guilty pleasure or something. If you want some munchies which are on the cheaper side (subjective, students' crowd finds everything expensive these days LOL), get yo'self some pizza from this place.

FOOD: I ordered two medium size pizza on a BOGO offer. The pizzas were: 1) mac veg Pizza: Firstly the bad taste and not fresh base of pizza bread was disappointing. The toppings were fine. They did not even serve oregano and chilli flakes even after specifically suggesting. The cheese was not enough. The base was not yested properly and was thin. It was not having a mac and cheesey taste. Dissatisfied and disappointed. 2) Las Vegas Treat: It was better that mac veg Pizza. The Savory taste with sauce was good. Jalepones, mushrooms, baby corn, and tomatoes added flavour to toppings. But the not so fresh pizza base made the whole pizza level below par. SERVICE: Need Improvement in quality of product and providing service. Need to provide fast service as well. If the one hour pizza delivery limite was valid I would have received it for free. VALUE FOR MONEY: The BOGO offer for medium size pizza is ₹455 + GST +delivery charges. This will be rounded up to 550 average. The BOGO offer for large size pizza is ₹585 + GST + delivery charges. As per the quality it looks a bit expensive.

I used to love visiting this place to sit there and enjoy fresh pizza's instead of just ordering on zomato. Guess what? They just changed my opinion! I would never visit this place after my last experience there. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I mean just try to have a bigger table for customers to eat in comfort instead of asking them to move! And if you're trying to give some suggestion while taking an order atleast be polite and friendly.

I ordered two pizza But I AM feeling very inconvenience with the service of zomato. The taste was very poor and not a fresh pizza at all. Next time will not going to order from this place. Quality is very bad according to price and taste is also bad.
