Good quality food with great customers service . ordered aloo tikki & cappuccino with a chocolate flavoure and the texture and taste was also good.

Situated at the food court area at NEXT TI mall. The food quality and quantity is as per McDonald's standards. I usually refrain writing negative reviews but sometimes it's necessary as the unethical practices of staff is a big problem that needs to be addressed by management. My order was for some burgers and a portion of Fries. 1) I was denied a regular sized fries and forced to order larger portion of fries. 2) Even after forcing a larger portion of fries, now the staff added a MEAL in my bill instead of adding a fries and even I was charged for a meal, the beverage was not served to me. Noticing this issue, when I went back to confront them, they knew they were caught and immediately offered difference return. Just imagine the number of customers they are cheating on a daily basis.

Ride staff. Just want to get the order done. No suggestions and look at you as if why we came to give the order. That's not what a McD is. Burger was also very soggy. Been to so many McDs this was one of the worst experience till now. Not recommended

This is the worst McDonald's outlet I have been to, this is all from my 3 visits to the place: 1. The staff is unresponsive and wouldn't hear to my doubts with the items in the order repeatedly, just saying it's just correct. 2. After they were called out that the items were over charged quickly gave a cash return as if caught. 3. Served a cold burger in the take away. 4. Didn't put the dip with nuggets in take away. 5. Medium fries were half full. 6. Overall quality doesn't meet the standards that are expected from McDonald's Well at least the service is quick.
