I absolutely fell in love with the food. I must say I was a little sceptical to try this cafe in the first place after seeing the reviews l, but I am so glad that I did. Loved the ambience, loved the food, and loved the services as well they were quick and the staff was friendly as well. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the variety is not there in the menu. The snack items are very limited and a few things were even out of stock. Also, the items were a little on the expensive side but I understand since this place leans towards more health conscious food and they do tend to be a little on the expensive side. except for these things, awesome experience!

I like non spicy and simple food hence chose this place to eat , yet food tasted off the gravy was watery and even after telling the staff priorly that bring non spicy food only they added so much black pepper on rice when confronted the staff said its fine according to us hence no replacement could be done I really went with so much expectation and to modify my go to place but disappointed very less veggies in pasta even though charged so high ..everything just was so off except the ambience

the food is tasteless. for that expensive it should blow my mind and it DOESN'T. FRESH DOESNT MEAN TASTELESS. we asked them for tabasco they didn't even have that. Great for people who don't like spice at ALL. and they don't give you kettle anymore- you have to order tea individually. like if only 3 out of 10 dishes were okay then I'm sorry you gotta improve. Staff was good though.

Worst customer service, poor quality. I ordered a Chai and they sent cold and stale chai smelling bad. The chai spilled got spilled everywhere due to poor packaging even after charging 250 for a Chai and they are blaming the innocent delivery person for their mistake.

The restaurant has amateur chefs who can’t customise even one order as per the request and are serving stale food that they can’t even take a cancellation within 5 mins of ordering.

Bhaji Portion size was less compared to price. Bitter taste of paw (pav bhaji). Cancelled items charged in bill. Sub par quality compared to price charged.
