I am satisfied with service,for the customers support i inform that the BON BON ICECREAM IS TOO SMALL in size( ₹= 7 only). its size is nearly equal to 1 small gulabjamun. althogh it looks like choclate but it is actually a NANO ICECREAM.

#Childhoodmemoriesreloaded After so long I visited Monica Galaxy. As a teenager it was our go to spot to have a dose of happiness that is ICECREAM. I always look with an awe to the beautiful creations showcased which can tempt even the oldest. We took cassata, sugar free rose icecream along with rabri, and a chocolate sundae (Don't remember its name). Cassata was so-so nothing to brag about here. Sugar free icecream with rabri was good. A better option for diabetic patients. And the best was the chocolate sundae, it was prepared fresh right in front of my eyes, it was a chocolate heaven, check out the pics. Price wise I find it affordable if we compare it with other fancy outlets in Pune and Indore. Cleanliness was maintained. A thumbs up!!!

Some food joints are close to your heart because you created some great memories there, Monica galaxy is like that to me. Me and my brother had awesome time there with our family and friends. It was the first ice cream parlour I had seen in my life some 20 years back and after 20 years i took my kids here, it was awesome to see them do what we used to do near this fridge. We don't like some food because it doesn't meet our expectations and this place manages ur expectations right when u enter, see, decide and then order :) Of course there is a lot that we have now in market but still a good place to try and see that is existence is a minimum of 25 years old.

Best place known for varied delicacies in terms of ice creams they make. A lot of options to chose from, they have a refrigerator with ice creams displayed. Nice sitting arrangement, which is now improved as compared to previous design of this place. Good option for family treats.

One of the best place to eat ice cream .....they have everything ambience...varity.....quality....fast service ....nd taste...😍😍 No complain... Waiting to visit it again....

They are the first ones who had introduced sundaes, which is ice-cream in a bowl with nuts & fruits. They used to taste super delicious. They may still be delicious. But i am not anymore a fan of Artificialy flavoured deserts, not icecream. Icecreams are made of milk, they are not. They may be using vegetable oil & other ingredients to come up with their desert. Not recommended if real milk based icecreams is your thing.

Location is good. The taste is fine options are fine but too sweet to be called as ice cream. The price they charge, its better i go to naturals. They have there true taste n almost the samne price

Hi admin , I request you to post this story on your page. After a long time on Sunday evening I went out to have some street food with my family to a well known place "56 dukaan ". Being born and bought up in Indore I have a love for food. But I was highly disappointed when I chose to end my food craving by having a desert in Indore famous monica galaxy ice creams ! I asked for falooda and what he handed over me was unexpected ! Being a customer I was unsatisfied and asked the person sitting on the counter to remake the falooda or to add some add-ons to taste it better but the person was damn rude and arrogant! He started teaching me the recipie! I Left the falooda on his counter. The falooda was damn pathetic and costly and was not even any around of its actual taste and quantity. Later on random aunties and girls praised me that we also taunted him the same but there is no use of it because he has a good brand name. I gave a thought on this and decided to post. Being an educated customer everyone should stand for the wrong. I found the social media best to let know people for their value of time and money. Being as a single customer I cannot ask Monica galaxy to stand the best on their taste and money but all the followers of this page can ! Advice - The next time you visit 56 dukaan DON'T let your hunger end on Monica galaxy! 56 dukaan has its own brand value and these businessmens are polluting it.

A while ago , i decided to have a cup of coffee and since i was already standing in middle of 56 dukan i headed over to Monica Galaxy .. I ordered a cup of Cold Coffee.. It was not good at all.. For a moment i thought i had been given just sweetened milk .. I believe Coffee is for refreshment and shall not be a sweet torture.. Sorry guys but actually u need to improve what u r serving ...
