Me and my friend had gone here, for post brunch kinda. So we had ordered one chicken pasta, and grill chicken sausages and a sweet- Hazelnut pastry. Everything was delicious, except Hazelnut pastry. So this is not a complaint but the pastry was a bit hard kind of, is what we felt. I think your refrigerator temperature needs a look, otherwise all ok (again this is not a complaint, but a suggestion or a quick check on the temperature) I haven’t given any ratings here on last 2 questions(related to women’s washroom n kid friendly), as we both are boys😅

It was good, we went here for a dessert and it was Worth money. Staff is friendly and professional. Overall a good experience, looking forward to visit soon.

The food and services are both good, but the issue is that they have limited staff and two separate seating spaces... so they lack on staff in their outdoor seating... we had to wait for a long time as there was no staff available outside to take our order. Otherwise, the services were good. Also, their "Cafe Victoria" shake was a total disappointment. Rest it was a good experience.

The food was absolutely delightful and the ambience was truly lovely. However, the matcha was rather disappointing—it was served in a surprisingly small portion and had an overly bitter taste. Aside from that, everything else was quite good.

The food was decent, but the billing experience was unacceptable. A service charge was added to the bill without consent, and the GST charged was 12% instead of the standard 5%. The additional 7% was presented as a service charge, which is misleading and unjustified. Service charges should be optional and not imposed on customers by default. Such practices reflect poorly on the establishment and overshadow the quality of the food.

**I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place.** We visited on a Saturday night and ordered a few dishes, including Alfredo pasta with broccoli, spaghetti with mushrooms, and tomato soup. The soup tasted more like plain tomato gravy, and the sauce in the Alfredo pasta was undercooked. Overall, the food was disappointing and nothing was enjoyable.
