Beautiful and asthetic place. Taste is also fine. But staff is very inattentive. Staff should be improved.

First of all, we start with finding a seat. The place where we sit is so hot that how can anyone sit there? Then we ordered food, after ordering we had to wait for so long for the food to come to our table, what can I say, we asked the staff 2 to 3 times to bring our food.

We had a really disappointing experience here. We were initially given a menu with lower prices, but when the bill arrived, the charges were higher. When we questioned it, the staff said they had mistakenly given us an “old menu.” What was more concerning was their response—they said they don’t know who gave it and that other customers usually don’t even remember the prices. This made it feel like a regular tactic rather than a genuine mistake. They also added a service charge and insisted on it despite GST already being included. We had to ask them to remove it. On top of that, the AC wasn’t working and it was extremely hot. They turned on a cooler, but it was blowing hot air. Only after we repeatedly asked them to switch on the water pump did it start working properly. Overall, poor service, lack of transparency, and an uncomfortable dining experience.

Worst dining experience… they shamelessly serve stale food, rats, cockroaches, insects everywhere, chef knows nothing about cooking, staff is the rudest in all of indore, female manager is the worst woman in their staff, she maybe comes from a third grade family and locality, her language is filthy, she reeks of ill manners, maybe fights with her family and friends then comes to work and takes it out on the world… and btw they also serve illegal liquor at exaggerated prices… 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

there were no staff to take orders!! like the restaurant was completely empty but still we were left unattended. bohot zyada kharab service. naa koi order lene le liye raazi tha na kisi aur chiz ke liye koi tha sabb ek kone me khade hue the.

The quantity is like for ants, the staff doesn't care, they add service charge to bill despite it being announced illegal by the government.
