Slowest service in town!! Very average food and less in quantity for the money it costs ,staff apart from one named manoj wasn’t interested at all ( they didn’t even distribute the plates , just stacked them on our table and went away) , we ourselves have to guide the staff to provide us the necessary items and they were not bothered at all !!

I ordered Chicken fried rice from Nafees, the food was spoilt. I called the restaurant and explained. I launched a complain on zomato and requested a refund. The restaurant only gave 63rs refund, the total order amount was 131. This is completely unacceptable behavior from the restaurant, they should be held accountable. They are putting the health of the customers at risk. The least they could do was give the full refund which also they didn't agree to do. Worst experience!!! Never ordering food from this restaurant again.

pathetic service..... ac was not working and when we told the waiter about the same his answer was " ac ka ke ander uska remote h,kholkar dikhau kya". manager was not at all co operative,he also denied to reduce the temp of the ac. food was okayish,highly disappointed with the service and staff.

jo dish mene order ki uski jagha koi or dish mili or fir restaurant se contact kiya to unhone bola ki photo m to kuch bhi dikhate hai fir m thoda or arguement ki to unhone bola aap taste kijiya then he disconnected the call very bad service you should be aware of your services

I have ordered chicken biryani several times. But last night when I ordered the same, it had two dead cockroaches in it. Although I have applied for refund, but felt the need to review this immediately for health hazards. It’s very disappointing since it was my staple order.

We had a very bad experience last night at nafees. They served cold and flavourless food and gave so many excuses for that. Better to have a nice weekend at home. It's much better to have your home made dal rice instead of dining nonveg at nafees

Worst food experience. Lots of sesame seed (Til) in chicken lollypop. Who add sesame in lollypop?? It was like eating tilli ke laddu. Paneer Angara was sweet. No garlic on garlic naan. Too costly also.

It feels like that their chicken is of very very bad quality and is not fresh and the quantity of their chicken biryani is very very less. they need to focus on quantity and quality 👎
