I recently visited Oliver Brown, the popular Australian Belgian chocolate café that just opened in Indore. As someone who loves exploring new coffee flavors, I decided to try an iced latte for the first time. To be honest, it was much colder than I expected definitely one of the most icy and refreshing coffees I’ve had! When I mentioned this to the staff, I was so impressed with their response. They were super friendly and genuinely engaged, laughing off my surprise at how cold it was and explaining that it's just how they like to serve it. They were really attentive and even offered to remake it if I wasn’t happy. Their warm, sporty attitude made me feel really valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their delicious drinks!

Oliver Brown is Australia’s famous chain of Belgium chocolate cafe which has recently opened in Indore . We have visited the outlet and ordered a cold coffee and their signature chocolate drink - Both were terribly freezing cold . I am a coffee buff and quite an explorer when it comes to ice coffee but never had experienced such an unfriendly icy- cold coffee . But the bigger issue is - when I conveyed this to the staff , they were just blank - they didn’t offered any apologies. They were like - we don’t care a damn . Highly unprofessional attitude from a chain like this

We ordered a cheesecake hoping for a delicious treat, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The texture was far too hard, making it difficult to enjoy, and the flavor was underwhelming, lacking the creamy richness you’d expect from a good cheesecake. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

The menu is so small and most of the things on the small menu are not available. Highly disappointing.
