I’ve been visiting this restaurant since years now, and although the food quality had gone down a bit in the past months, my last visit was an absolute W. Finally the original taste and quality are back. Delicious and well balanced thali with a perfect combination of sweet, savoury and tangy flavours. The basundi was soooo good, had to get it thrice! Very reasonable with only 333/- per person. The service is as always quick. What can be worked on is getting a centralised AC. It was too hot with only one fan for 3-4 tables.

I visited this today. There was nothing special about their "special thali". The aam rass served was very artificial in taste, felt like drinking mazza and too sweet. The taste was average and it can be improved a lot. The service wasn't hygienic as they were serving baati without any gloves.

This review is for dinner on 11th June 2024. They have considerably downsized their quality from what they used to have earlier. The Thaali costed ₹325 which includes salad, 2 farsan, chapati and puri, 4 vegetables, 1 kadhi, 1 daal, 2 sweets, rice, papad, buttermilk. The taste and quality of the vegetables was okay. Nothing extraordinary or a taste worth remembering. The white dhokla served was totally dry and had a smell of the oil used in cooking, giving it an unpleasant taste. The Halwa served was a sheer disappointment. It was prepared in Dalda Vanaspati and the smell and aroma of the Dalda completely dominated the halwa. Total disappointment!!! The Aamras served was also not that great. You will find a sense of synthetic flavor in the Aamras. Service was quick and decent. You will find a much better quality at Gordhan Thaal just next to this place (in C21 Mall) Their overall service and quality is still much much better than Panchvati Gaurav.

visited yesterday evening. poor quality, cold and tasteless food, service was slow. seems like they don't take feedback also seriously. they have lost the touch now.

I ordered from Panchvati Gaurav through Zomato, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The food delivered was not what I had ordered. The items were either incorrect or completely different from what was shown on the menu. The quality of the food was also below expectations. The taste was not good, and it did not feel fresh. When customers pay for a specific order, they expect accuracy and basic quality. Unfortunately, this order failed on both. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I hope the restaurant takes responsibility and improves its service, because this experience has certainly affected my trust in ordering from here again.

Food quality and variety was worst. We were served bottlegaurd, moong and aloo palak in vegetables which no one expects in a hotel. Paneer was tasteless with only tomato. Desserts served were very bad. Basundi was only plain milk and halwa was also bad. One should understand that you are taking 325 Rs. Per person and sitting in a reputed mall so you should adhere to quality and standards. Overall Very bad experience.

I have never tasted such an awful thali in my life. The sabzis were all bland, the khichdi made me feel like I was in a hospital, the khaman looked like it was made two days ago, the malpua was so stiff it couldn't be broken, and the basundi was tasteless. Indore is known for its food, yet these guys serve the most horrible food in the city. They should not be allowed to serve food to anyone.

I am giving this place 1star because zero or negative option is not available. food is tasteless and the price you pay I very high (for what u get). worst lunch experience, got embarrassed infront of my guests.

Worst Rajasthani Food. Tasteless and cold. My Humble request is please spend some more and go to Manbhavan Thali in Phoenix Citadel mall.
