the food was amazing and I like ambience alot. Service was also top notch and polite. Prices are also reasonable according to taste. Must visit cafe. I would love to go again sometime.

Piccolo — 6.5/10 ⭐️ Overall, our experience at Piccolo was pretty good. The ambience was pleasant, and the staff were one of the highlights of the visit. They were very polite, well-trained, and professional throughout. The beverages were really good. We tried the Dark Salt Frappe and Matcha, and both were excellent. We also appreciated that they offered a tester before preparing the beverage, which was a nice touch and tasted perfect as well. However, the food was a major disappointment. We ordered a pizza with some additional toppings, but unfortunately, it did not taste like a proper pizza at all. The taste and overall preparation were quite poor—even street pizzas are much better in comparison. This is definitely the biggest area where Piccolo needs to improve. Overall, the ambience, service, and beverages made the experience enjoyable, but the food quality needs a lot of improvement to make the overall experience truly worthwhile.

I had booked through Zomato and it showed that there will be 20% off on the total bill and it also showed that I had to pay a cover charge of thousand rupees, and then I’ll be able to redeem the 20% of offer and I paid that cover charge and when we went to the cafe and then after eating, our bill was 1281 and the 20% off was not actually applying and in our booking didn’t show that we’ll get 20% off, but when we were booking for it, it showed that we will get 20% off this is Zomato’s fault, and the food was also not that good. It was very, very average.

Very slow service, and mosquitoes kept biting us as we were seated in open area. Croissant took 20 minutes to get served.
