The food was good, but the service was disappointing. The staff was not very active or attentive. They had two separate menus, but initially provided only one. When I asked for beverages, they showed me the other menu. Overall, the food quality was good, but the service did not meet my expectations. The staff should be more attentive and proactive to provide a better dining experience.

The food was ok ok,ambience was good,paneer doesn’t feel fresh, the salt was little more in paneer tikka. It doesn’t feel like having some special chef experience in food.

Service was good but the food didnt meet our expectations. Kunal kapoor’s dishes were nothing but ordinary similar taste and favours nothing new to pay heftily for!

Really disappointing experience at @chefkunal restaurant on Saturday. The food quality was shockingly poor—the fried dish tasted like it had been dropped into cold oil, completely ruining the experience. To make matters worse, the crockery was chipped/broken. For a restaurant associated with a celebrity chef, this level of food and service is simply unacceptable. Really dissatisfied with Pincode Indore.
