Who the hell is handling this restaurant? The service was unbelievably slow and completely unprofessional. The naans were made from what seemed like stale dough—they were so chewy that either the dough was old or the chefs don't even know how to prepare it properly. The staff took forever to bring and serve the food. After we canceled the naans, it still took ages just to get rotis. When we asked about the delay, the staff blamed it on a party booking. If you can't handle regular customers alongside a party, then why accept bookings in the first place? Poor planning is not the customer's problem. Almost every table around us seemed to be complaining, so this clearly wasn't an isolated issue. We ended up wasting our time, money, and a perfectly good evening. It's sad to see the restaurant tarnish the decade-old reputation of Fantasy Bakery. The management seriously needs to rethink how this place is being run. If this is the standard of service, it's better to shut the restaurant operations until they can maintain basic quality and customer service.

Took nearly 1 hour just to make a sandwich, wasn’t the same as ordered. When the correct one came after even more waiting, there was a hair in the sandwich.

Negative feedback regarding service and taste as well, they are taking too much time for just delivering simple breads, not recommending anymore.
