Need to improve the good quality. Mostly the dessert section All the western dessert were a little dry. And were hard to chew. Indian desserts were great. Starters were ok Thai food section were great I liked the noodles very much Pizza was the best of all I had in the dinning. Pasta was ok. Indian main course was very good. Breads were also great. But for the price paid, and the tag of Marriot, the food was not up to the mark. as a customer I was not overall satisfied. The food the menu really needs improvement.

1 Star Review I chose this place to celebrate my wife's birthday, expecting a memorable evening, but unfortunately it turned into a huge disappointment. The food was far below the standards you would expect from a Sheraton property. The taste, presentation, and overall quality were simply not worth the price. Even more disappointing was the service—staff were inattentive, slow, and lacked basic hospitality. We had to wait for simple requests, and no one seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good experience. A birthday celebration is a special occasion, and this restaurant completely failed to deliver. When you're paying premium prices, you expect premium food and service, but neither was present. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously because this experience did not reflect the reputation of the Sheraton brand. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place based on my visit.

Hello, I booked a dinner at Grand Sheraton Hotel through the app. The offer showed ₹3000 for 2 persons, but when I arrived at the hotel I was charged ₹4000. Later, for 5 persons, a total of ₹12000 was charged. Please review my booking and billing details and refund any excess amount charged. The overall food experience was quite disappointing. The desserts were clearly stale and did not taste fresh at all. For a hotel of Sheraton’s reputation, we expected much better quality and freshness. While the service was decent, the food—especially the desserts—was a big letdown. Definitely not the standard one expects from a premium hotel.
