overall experience was good but there could be separate wash area for hand wash rather going into washroom for washing hands after having dinner.

the food was good ambience was also good but still the service was very slow I have ordered all dishes at once but still the food was coming very slow like one naan plate then another and after 12 pm they switched off the ac still they put all the fans at our table the food taste quality was too good I liked it but some improvements should be there then it would be best

The service was good no doubt but the taste of the food was not up to the mark. Some things were very tasty while the others were average. I think they can work on their taste more. Overall had a average experience.I would rate it 3.5.

We visited this place just for some fast food, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We had to wait almost one and a half hours, and by the time the remaining food arrived, half of us had already finished eating. I had to remind the staff about our order at least 8–10 times. The staff was very casual, lazy, and completely unprofessional. The food taste was also not worth the high prices, and the presentation was very poor. They even served pizza without cutting it properly and without basic accompaniments like, knife, forks,oregano, chili flakes. The worst part was the false commitment by one of the staff members. She told us that welcome drinks were being served and made us wait for almost 20 minutes, only to later deny that she had ever said it. Overall, this was one of the worst places I have visited in Indore. Very poor service, disappointing food quality, and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Not recommended.

They need to really work up on their staff behaviour and overall service duration that they take a lot of time and the staff needs to be very much polite compare to what they are currently
