place is great, I visit very often here. menu in Zomato is too old, prices are double of what is shown in menu so if someone is visiting seeing menu, they should check physicalemu at restaurant first. Taste and hygiene is very good

I am writing this review after 5-6 visits here. I haven’ tried any main course item here, so if you are looking for a main course review please skip. Short Review: It’s simply overhyped and overrated by the people Detailed Review: I have tried multiple snack food items and beverages like Veg Noodles, Veg Manchurian, Veg Burger, Chinese Sizzler, Hot Coffee and Cold Coffee. Decent Taste and Portion: Hot and Cold Coffee Bad taste and Portion: Veg Noodles, Manchurian, Chinese Sizzler, Burger Service: They charge for the premium service, but it is not up to par. You have to literally ask for everything, like they don’t take care of basic things by themselves like fixing a shaking table or an uncleaned table from a previous customer. Ambience: Just the Ambience is good. My recent experience was like this: I ordered a veg burger and hot coffee, hot coffee was as decent as always (and this time they didn’t even serve the cookies which they always do, cost cutting at its best) but the burger was a total disaster, it was completely cold and the burger bun/bread was also not fresh (as it was breaking into pieces easily). Now, I informed the manager that the burger is cold, not only the bun/bread but even the tikki (patty), so guess what his reply was he said “The burger is cold because of the mayonnaise put inside it”. I mean seriously what? Then, I also told him that the bun/bread was not fresh, so he started telling me “It has arrived this afternoon only” (I went around 6:30 PM). This doesn’t finish here itself. He asked to replace the current burger which I agreed to. Then here came another burger, and to my surprise it was cooked similarly but just microwaved before being served to me because I demanded a bit ‘hot’ burger (no pun intended). That’s it, I’m done with this place. I just wanted to write an honest review of this place, you are free to choose wherever you want to go. Thanks if you read it till the end.

I visited Shreemaya Celebration yesterday with my family for dinner, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely disappointing. To our surprise, we were asked to pay the bill before the food was even served. Initially, I paid for the starters and main course. Later, when I wanted to order dessert, I called the waiter — he told me I’d have to pay for it first before they could serve it. This approach is highly unprofessional and ruins the entire dining experience. It’s basic dining etiquette — first, you serve the food, and once the meal is done, the customer pays. People usually order in steps — starters first, then main course, then dessert based on appetite and mood. Forcing the customer to bulk-order and pre-pay everything just doesn’t make sense. Also, bringing starters and main course together to the table results in the main course getting cold by the time starters are finished. Coming to the food — it was honestly very disappointing: Paneer Tikka – Lacked flavor . Manchurian – Bland and underwhelming. Paneer Lababdar – Tasteless and poorly balanced. Garlic Naan – Very small portion. Brownie – Drenched in chocolate syrup to the point where it felt overly sweet and messy. A light drizzle would have been better. Overall, the food quality, taste, and especially the service need serious improvement. I expected much more from a place like Shreemaya.

Beware of the Shreemaya' s one of the famous delicacies "the Marble Cake". I bought it 2 times thinking maybe the first time would be one odd case, but even second time it was spoilt. No quality control at all, wonder wat has happened to Shreemaya's food quality checks. Please always double check when you order from here. Not just cake but multiple times bad experiences have happened... They really should think to improve...! Too bad to see such experience from Shreemaya..!

the overall dining experience at this so called restaurant is well below average. Service here is abysmal and the attitude of staff and management is egregious. The photograph of the note written on each table marker attached here tells it all. just not recommended either for dining or for delivery.

So bad experience by the staff. Never come with family in crowd. Staff behaviour is non professional they will suggest you to go to other restaurants. I had bad experience with staff name harshwardhan who himself is Manger.

I ordered chole Tikki and it was totally stale. Which is really bad for the restaurant like Shreemaya. You should check your food quality before deliver.

Most overrated outlet of shreemaya .. can’t believe they take 40 mins to serve basic food items!!
