I placed an order with Punjab Grill that included one vegetarian roll and one non-vegetarian roll. Due to a serious packaging and labeling error by the restaurant, the vegetarian roll wrapper contained a non-vegetarian roll, and the non-vegetarian wrapper contained a vegetarian roll. Trusting the label on the packaging, I unknowingly consumed the non-vegetarian item, which is completely unacceptable to me due to my dietary and religious beliefs. This incident reflects negligence, lack of quality control, and violation of food safety and customer trust. The mistake caused me significant mental and emotional distress. I request a written apology, appropriate compensation/refund, and assurance that strict measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future
