Seating is comfortable for a conversation and eating / drinking. Snack items are 7 / 10, egg curry was great 9 / 10. Wish the staff was not so loud while talking to each other. Good for only male singles parties.

A good place to hangout with friends as cabin sitting arrangments is an add in to this. Food is quite good. Staff management is Excellent....

An experience to forget. How are these restaurants still in existence? No customer service, no knowledge, smelly environment. A hundred reasons to get angry. Zomato gold benefits are too confusing for them. And their confusion creates confusion in your mind as well. Basically, the staff was not aware of gold benefits. The gentlemen taking the order constantly went out to confirm the benefits with someone. Then, at first they told that you can either take Kingfisher Ultra pint 1 on 1 or else you can take Blender’s Pride 2 on 2 30 ml’s. Then I asked that do we have any other drink options and after a small discussion he went out again to confirm and then he came up with “ok you can have any spirit 2 on 2. And for beer he said you can take 2 on 1 for the big bottles. We were very confused with what actually he meant. I am really disappointed with their lack of knowledge and the service. At the time of my second order the manager came to confront us by saying that you won’t get any offer anymore. He created a confusion. Then at the time of billing my bill did not had the offer included in it. I called the gentlemen and asked about it and then he corrected it again. So, the moral of the story is that first they did not know how to behave with customers; zero customer service, second they did not have knowledge about the offers and third it was a mistake that we went there.

Well, you must hv already seen the ratings for this restaurant. they r so low fr not one but many factors. Gloomy and bleak looking place doesnt hv no chivalry or manners to offer and if u expect that they might want to make up fr it wth the food then you are absolutely wrong. And thats not it they wll refuse to take zomato gold without providing any reason. I think i am being way too harsh but wen u pay a lot of money you expect chivalry and gratitude, or maybe thats wat i think, that hospitality industry is all abt making the cutomer happy and wanting thm to return.

Very bad behaviour of management staff, and too uncooperative. I do not understand why they have so much ego, if you want to run restaurant at least respect your customers and do not make them suffer for your own mistakes. Coming to drinks and food, they were okay with nothing special. We took 4 bottles of bira and 4 pint bottles of kingfisher ultra with some snacks.

I can see why this restaurant rating is below 3...I came here with few frnds on a Saturday night..staff was behaving like we came here to Steal something...rude and very unmannered..we have to leave this place within 10 minutes because staff was so rude and I can say why this place was empty on a Saturday night

one of the worse experience ever I had. HOTEL OWNER himself sits at reception in order to take money from wrong sources. he claim money from customers for pre breakage things of hotel. They will put you into false blame & take money forcefully. Will never suggest such kind of disgusting hotel to any one.

Had a worst experience of my life. Very rude staff Denied access to zomato pro They said the cliff is closed and billed me under some other name and denied me zomato pro offer Least recommended.👎🏼 Zomato help also didn’t do anything because the owner said the cliff is closed.

Doesn't respect customers. That's all I can say. Never to be visited. Smelly cabins Impolite staff, not fair with zomato gold privileges either. Bad place....!!
