Hi guys, Visited the place recently with my friends in evening, The place is situated on janjeerwala (prime location) and has really good rating on zomato. They have both the options indoor and outdoor, ambiance inside is really great but ambiance and sitting outside is mediocre and really uncomfortable, We prefered sitting outside instead of inside didint felt like we visited the place as a group that bad it was. Now talking about the food, We ordered pizza tikka pizza , tandoori soya chaap, Penne Alfredo Pasta, I liked alfredo pasta which was good in taste, paneer tikka pizza was good but it felt too dry and I didnt like the combo that they served which was pizza and green chutney, tandoori soya chaap was soft but it had cheese filling (i was bit suprised to see cheese inside soya chaap i didnt see or had this combo either). Overall the taste was good, price to quantity ratio is low, generally cafe charging premium like that serves really good quantity which justifies the taste, and totally personal preference the experiment that cafe try to do to stand out from the crowd, i dont like these experiement. Overall service is moderate fast not very slow not very fast, taste is ok not very good not bad, something are good some thing arent. Overall one time visit place for me.

Despite located at a prime location of Indore and rated so high, I'm utterly shocked at the maintenance of this place. Unclean, smelly and real bad shape of walls. Even if they are trying to maintain a rugged look, the low maintainance is clearly visible. Talking of the food- high priced, as compared to the quality and quality of food served. Plus all we ordered be it a basic pizza , hot coffee, mocktail etc -all was tasteless I must have believed in the past reviews. My bad Honestly, go to this place only if you wanna waste money in an unclean and tasteless place.

Extremely slow service, they took more than an hour just to serve 4 dishes that too after multiple requests to make it quick. The only good thing and made me sit this long is the tase, else i would suggest this place only if you have nothing else to do and have time to waste.

The services are extremely slow, people serving do not know what they are bringing and what the order was placed, additionally the staff members are not interested in taking the orders at the first place.

Firstly, you walk in -no one will check on you. They don’t provide you a menu and if you ask for it, they’ll reconfirm and look awfully surprised as if it is not the norm. You ask the waiter about recommendations and aloha - he doesn’t even know the name of the items on the menu - says ‘menu pe likha hai, aap dekh lo, mujhe saare naam nai pata’. Then comes the food - either it’ll be really less quantity or really average taste. But the worst part is the coffee - completely tasteless and the most average ones that have some taste as well. Avoid if you’re looking for good food or good coffee or service or anything else under the sun.

Had a very disappointing experience at The Eyry Cafe. The place looks nice at first glance, but hygiene is a serious issue. The cutlery was visibly unclean, and the tables weren’t wiped down properly. It really put us off before the food even arrived. Staff behavior was equally poor—unresponsive, disinterested. The food was average at best. Nothing terrible, but definitely not good enough to make up for the poor hygiene and service. Not recommended unless they seriously improve.

Chose an open air table. Attendants were busy talking amongst themselves. Placed the order to a guy who came in after 15 minutes. We ordered for a pizza and a coffee. Waited for the order around 40 minutes and there was not a single attendant in the area. After approaching the billing counter, learned that the order was not even punched. Terrible. Never visiting again.

Pathetic service. It took us 50 minutes to get our coffees. And they were pretty mediocre. We canceled our order for fries which would take hardly 10 minutes to prepare, but wasn’t even beginning to be prepared after half an hour of ordering. The staff seemed very very unbothered and irresponsible. Super disappointed and will never come back here.

This place sucks. The menu is outdated with every item price increased by 30% and you wouldn’t know it. No proper parking space available. Service is average. Not recommended.
