zomato is fooling people in your name ... 1000 for 2 person is written on zomato app for the grill jardin hotel ... but billing was done for rs 1098 per person ... please check in this matter and reply.. date 29 january 2025 ..

1. ambiance - perfect ambience no doubt at all 2. service - service was bit slow and wast not upto the mark 3. worst experience in food taste ever, no proper menu, it seems that they were not using fresh items , ice cream was not fresh neither the pani puri, starter taste was also not good. if you are planning for effortless dinner plz avoid

It was below my ecpectations the space was small the sitting was not comfortable few things were good like live music but instead of having enough staff things were nit managed well quality of food was not as good as expected

overall experience is *BAKWAS* inhe Sayaji Le Jao Bahut kuch sikhna hai inhe... pehle sayaji ka banda koi Mr. S S manager tha tab acha tha... abhi jo bhi management me hai lagta hai lagta hai sarwate ki kisi cheap hotel se aata hai... overall Jardin par esi service shobha nahi deti... aaj dil tod diya Jardin ne isliye 0 rate for this experience...

All the non-veg (chicken) starters tasted the same, as if they used identical spices and marinade. It was my birthday, and they didn’t even pack the cake after I cut it ;unacceptable birthday service. Definitely won’t choose this place again for any special occasion.

they were not aware about the booking, took time to arrange a table that too the most underrated one then for formalities they served starter one time and then they vanished, after requesting they treated us as uninvited guest.
