We been @ weekend , it was quite busy , took 15 to 20 mins to get table . Service is prompt , Higne Thumps up , Staff behavior very polite and they know their job - Bang on. We ordered Chinese Bhel - very good in taste , Should work on Chola Bhature - Chole was hard , Bhature was little oily , Khasta Chat was more like Papdi chat , but taste was good , Main Course is good .

Taste was worst we ordered dal tadka it tastes like the tadka was burnt , there was no taste in kaju masala too , rice was old , not cooked properly and chapati was soo stiff overall it was worst experience. Every single item disappointed my family! They were running out of water bottle too , no wet wipes too .

Very Disappointing Experience — Food Below Average and Uncomfortable Pressure to Leave a 5-Star Review I generally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but our experience at this restaurant was disappointing enough that I feel it is important to share it honestly so that other customers can make an informed decision. First, the food was below average. Considering the overall experience and what we paid, we expected much better quality. Taste and presentation were not at the level we would expect from a restaurant that wants customers to give it a top rating. However, the most disappointing part of our visit was not even the food — it was what happened when we were about to leave. The waiter attending our table asked us to give the restaurant a 5-star rating on Google. We initially thought it was simply a request for feedback, but the situation became uncomfortable when we were made to feel that giving anything other than 5 stars could create a problem with our bill. This is extremely uncomfortable for a customer. A review should be based on a person’s genuine experience, not something a customer feels pressured. Asking customers for a specific rating — especially connecting that rating with the billing process — takes away the authenticity of the review system. We were there as paying customers, and we expected to simply enjoy our meal, pay our bill, and leave. Instead, we were put in an awkward position where we felt pressured to give a 5-star rating. I would strongly suggest that the management look into how customers are being asked for reviews. Feedback should be voluntary and honest. If a restaurant wants to improve its Google rating, the best way is to improve the food and service and allow customers to decide their own rating. Food: Below average Service: Uncomfortable due to the review request Overall experience: Disappointing I hope the restaurant improves both the quality of the food and, more importantly, the way customer feedback is handled.

Very disappointing and misleading experience. The restaurant displays discounts on Zomato to attract customers, but when it comes to paying the bill, the discount is not provided. If the offer is not valid, it should not be advertised without clear conditions. Customers should not have to face surprises at the billing counter. Please maintain transparency and honour the offers shown on the app
