I recently visited Tiffin Restaurant at Hotel Winway and it was an exceptional dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with fresh flavors and expertly prepared. From the starters to the desserts, the quality and taste were impeccable. The ambiance was equally impressive—warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for a relaxed evening out. The thoughtful decor and cozy seating created a wonderful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a fantastic setting!

For a Sunday evening, the place was buzzing. Good food, decent ambience. However, only 1 staff Sooraj was there to attend to all guests! Quite a downer, considering a family left because there table wasn’t ready, or for us, the Rotis took forever to arrive! Hotel really needs to look into this.

Food quality and quantity up to the mark and service is also in perfect manner. I would like to say about atmosphere, there wasn't no music 🎶, very much casual dining I hope so they should add on some of live music or anything else that's very much important.

Hi, had an awful experience today at the Tiffin, Winway. We were a group of 15, had been for dining there today. The staff who took our order (one with moustache, don't know the name) was impolite, disgusted (cause kids were accompanying us), had unfriendly body language and non professional. He denied to serve food (on asking politely) and could hear him blabbing about us, literally behind our backs. We did not want to ruin our experience further so, finish our meal, said thank you and left. Food was good but, you guys really need to train them in hsopitality and service. Best Wishes.

Date Of Visit: 26th May 2022 (Dinner) Experience: Very Unpleasant Dishes Ordered: 1) Dhania Seekh kebab- The taste was okayish but had whole melon seeds visible in the kebab. Felt a lil dry too.. 2) Stuffed Tangri Kebab- We were a group of 4 people and the Tangri kebabs were just '3'.. No one during the order mentioned the portion size or suggested us for 2 portions instead of 1. 3) Laal Maas- It was not even 1% of how laal maas looks or tastes. Uncooked mutton pieces were drenched in a thin light brown oily gravy with green chilies. It was a homestyle mutton curry with zero palatibility. 4) Keema Naan- Could have been better if they would have stuffed a lil more keema inside the bread. Some of the bites had no keema. 5) Roomali Roti- Unbuttered, hard & chewy are the words I could think of while thinking of it. 6) Chicken Dum Biryani- The only dish in our entire experience which was up to the mark. Not amazing but was good. After complaining about the food quality there was no incharge to take care of our table menu and rather they were least bothered to entertain us. Suggestion: 1) Kindly brief your chefs about the authenticity of any recipe. Customers should not be treated as fools who would pay for anything and everything served to them. 2) Also mention standard portion size/No of pieces in starters or the steward should mention the portion size of the dish ordered.

Very bad service and the food was bland. It's not worth the money paid. Went there today for buffet, but they took a long time to find the booking. Then they showed the menu for buffet, which hardly had any options for non veg. No welcome drink. The starters were simply bland. They took ages to serve the bread of our choice, which too had limited options. Service was too slow. Won't recommend anyone for buffet.
