Service charge has been banned and this hotel has found a way of begging in name of staff welfare fund…. If the brand is so concious about staff’s welfare aint that the duty of the brand and not customers…. Food is good staff is good owner seems to be greedy trying to siphon off money

Only good for day hours for the ambience and vibe. Night life is nothing special, just the usual. there is no party or dance area either. Highly overpriced. and definitely not worth the price. except the drinks , they are good.

The food at Ubud was extremely bad. I hosted my kitty party there. First, we ordered cold coffee, and in 5 out of 10 glasses there were mosquitoes. We returned them immediately. After that, the main course had no taste at all—none of the dishes were flavorful. For dessert, we ordered ice cream, and it tasted like an expired product. I strongly suggest not going there.
