So being in Jabalpur and finding a good place to have a good time is difficult to find but Arq is one of them I would say. The place is in the outskirts of the city, far away from the crowd. The place is divided into 2 different sections. We were in the bar section, Jabalpour. The place was quite compact amounting to the people there, that too on Tuesday. The range of drinks are quite good, but I would say not all cocktails are good and you have to be wise enough to choose your tonic. The options in the menu are less according to me. The pizza was fine and I was disheartened to know that they didn't had thin crust on the menu or Neapolitan in there menu. The kebab platter was fine. From my side, they have to improve on there food taste rest the place is good. The place is heavy on the pockets also. Average price for 2 is 1500 rupees. Food 3/5 Ambiance 4/5 Menu 3/5 Drinks 4.5/5 Overall 3.5/5

For my sister's birthday we went for family dinner to this place. the overall experience was not good. The service was good but food quality was bad, emstarters was ok but the main. course was a disappointment. Chilli paneer - flavour and quantity were good. Hara Bhara kebab- total disaster with no flavour at all , it was baseless and kimd of stale. Crispy Corn- it was good flavour was up to the mark. paneer lebabdar- the most flavour less main course dish I ever had, the gravy was undercooked and lacked flavours m and it was very bland. dal fry - this dish is most commonly mase dish but even this one was bad ...no flavours.. no depth ..it was not like dal..it did not even had salt. missi roti- as I know that it is made with besan - chickpea flour and whole wheat flour...but this was just a simple tandoori roti with a tinch of yellow colour in it with no salt no flavour no veggies and it was soft and soggy. we spoke to manager about he missi roti he direclt saidto us " return it" thats it..no explanination no sorrty.. this should not be the attitude every dish could have been made in an excellent you guys just have to put amore effort to make a remarkable dish, you guys are known for nonveg dishes but eventually you guys hve to concentrate on every dish kindly work on that over all experience - 2 /5 service-4/5 ambience 3/5

You wait for the waiter. Average oily spicy food. Cooling is not enough & no one changes the AC settings so you eat food uncomfortably

Overhyped and Unprofessional ! The management says the they only take walkins and do not take any reservations but they actually take reservations for their preferred customers. If you come and do not get a seat in their lounge (the good place where everyone wants to sit), they ask you to wait in their restaurant and order food and believe me you will never get a seat and you end up leaving disappointed. In short, there are ample of good places in town, go there and have fun !!!!!!

What a disappointment this place is. Staff is mannerless, even the Manager. No hospitality at all. Food is ok but price is on a much higher side compare to food quality, quantity & taste. I would never recommend anyone to try this place.

The waiters are good but the managers are worst. MR. SANJIV was horrible. He does not even know how to greet the customers. When we tired to give the feedback he was utterly disrespectful . heartbreak 💔

not a good place to visit with family.... staff is non-cooperative and the Manager is so rude and arrogant, surely one day he will get punched on his face.
