Order was for home stay bucket casting ₹788.57 .Supply has been provided only 4nos of wings instead of 4nos crispy & 6nos of strips &4nos of wings. It was unexpected &disappointing. Waiting for response.

Packaging was pathetic i zinger buger was not in a box and was just wrapped in a paper and chicken popcorn was opened and completely all over in the package.

Quite a bad experience and now it's second time .KFC outlet takes online money and don't deliver .The hardluck is u loose money and don't get food. As much I understand online makes a security of delivery rather cash ...but here after taking order and wasting 1 hour and attending multiple calls they realize that today they can't deliver and money will come in 7 days.and at the end by 11:30pm of course no other online food shoping is possible.

Pathetic food ever i had in KFC I had chicken zinger and chicken red box and chicken was too dry the bread was old and little smelly I can't believe this that KFC can do this Horrible experience ever in my life with KFC will not go again and mojito doesn't taste like mojito it was just sprite only.

One of the pathetic customer service orientation,KFC give no importance to customer service treat customer as burden and even there contact no.no one attend call. Need to escalate said wrong KFC wrong practice so that these so called MNC fall in lone and take Indian customer seriously.

We ordered 1 chicken bucket, 2 chicken bowl and 1 chicken popcorn but the guy who delivered did not give us chicken popcorn and when we tried calling him and the place no one received the called instead the call went on the waiting. Poor service 👎
