Kudos you people..!! ❤️ I was waiting since long for this KFC at Vijay nagar. Very nice ambients, nice staff. their music just create high VIBE 🌸 having your favorite chicken in this vibe is just awesome.

I had a very disappointing experience with KFC. I placed an order under their "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer, expecting to receive three items as clearly advertised. However, they only sent two, and when I raised the issue, their response was completely unacceptable. They claimed that I had to select the free item manually, which was nowhere clearly mentioned during the order process. This is misleading and unfair to customers. If you're running a promotional offer, it should be automatic or at least properly communicated. Instead of resolving the issue, they just brushed it off and refused to take responsibility. This kind of misguidance feels like a cheap trick to avoid fulfilling promotional promises. Totally unprofessional. I expected better from a global brand like KFC. Won’t be ordering again unless they fix their policies and treat customers with honesty.

My friend ordered some dishes from kfc vijay nagar branch Jabalpur at 10:40 pm.. Delivery guy is not coming to address and keep shouting me that i am on your address.. Further i am asking to delivery guy please tell me where are you standing i am coming to your address.. He is abusing me and cancelled my order.... Please take necessarily action to this guy

pathetic service. they always like always say we don't have this we don't have that. all staff just gossip together but not work. tables are always dirty and they don't care about customer Returning because they don't have food prepared. better eat in local thela. didn't expect such cheap quality service from a brand like KFC.

ordered food from tomato they sent me mixer of all food item badly messed condition kfc treat their like animals that why they sent me food like this my order was of 800 rupees which is quite big order

Ordered Zinger Burger and found a single piece of chicken in it and half of the burger was empty. Also, ordered 2 pc crispy chicken and both were given small. Poor experience in this outlet.
