Visited Machaan with my family and had a wonderful experience! The vibes, decor and aesthetics were really great! All well organised and clean. The staff was really warm, welcoming and attentive. And coming to food, we ordered: Hara bhara kebab - superb quality and quantity! Diwani Handi - really flavourful and filling! Butter Garlic naan - nice, but could've been better. Tawa rotis and steamed rice - well made. Overall, a really good experience!

the overall experience was good. there was live music on Sunday night , good to go with family food tasts good i ordered paneer lababdar and dal makhani which was nice but naan was so bad .. un cooked garlic naan not upto mark .but i like the most is its biryani there biryani is tooo good i always go there for biryani

We went for dinner here but as the place is open there were insects on the table which was irritating. Service was super slow and light was not enough giving the dull feeling. No music was played which was making the place boring. Food was not bad and quantity was good. Size of breads are good and value for money.

Although the food us very tasty but service is extremely late.for almost 30 mins we even did not have menu card in hand.

I went with some of my relatives to this restaurant on June 2019. It is the most pathetic Dhaba/Restaurant I have ever visited. We ordered Chicken Sweet Corn Soup, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Masala and Tandoori Rotis. The food was below average and ridiculously overpriced, though service was quite quick. The dining area didn't have sufficient lighting arrangement, and overall ambience was not good. Even a road side small dhaba (food shop) may offer a good food and clean environment. We will never go again to this pathetic dhaba again.

I went to machan family dhaba jabalpur, i paid bill via zomato beacause i am a pro member but machan dhaba just arguing with us , after that they accept that bill was paid but this is humiliating situation for us, how can they behave like us.machan staff argued and denied that we dont have any tieup with zomato, after insisting that staff of machan confirmed with zomato and told us your payment was deposited but that there was no sorry from machan .

Machan family dhaba ne kaha ki hamara Zomato se koi tieup nahi hai..lekin app me dikh raha to kya uneducated staff ko rakha hai inhone... Aap log kisi ko dus logo ke samane kaise sharminda kar sakte ho, hum family ke 12 member dinner me gaye the aur bill 5100 ka bana aap is behave se aise customer kho sakte hai

Food is below average. We tasted their dal tadka, butter chicken, veg pakoras. All 3 items did not taste good. Please do not waste your time and money by visiting here.

chefs should be trained for better taste we are visiting from the beginning but never got taste of food as its names.
