Ordered from Welcomcafé on Zomato and absolutely loved the food! Everything arrived fresh, well-packed and beautifully presented. The flavours were delicious, portions were satisfying, and the quality was exactly what you’d expect from ITC. Really enjoyed the meal and would definitely order again! ❤️

Had a wonderful experience at the restaurant at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Rewa. The food was delicious, presentation was excellent, and the service was prompt and courteous. The ambience is calm and elegant—perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommended!

Not worth the price. Doesn't live up to ITC hotel standards. Small selection of desserts and maincourse. Staff not equipped to handle guests. Buffet had terms and conditions on starters that were not explained and then asked to pay extra. There was some event for whom the buffet was served in the restaurant along with other guests. That caused havoc and nothing was available and we had to stay in long queues for everything. Totally spoiled our family lunch experience.

It was a pathetic experience they food was not served on time we were waiting for starters for more than an hr after first serve, all starters were cold and they were not serving bread after asking for 4 times and asked 4 different people and then when we complained to manager then we got roti that too after a very long wait. it was a complete disaster
