Enjoyed the royal experience! Food was amazing especially the Amber Gosht and Khushka. The liberal use of spices really made every dish stand out. We were hosted by laxman who was warm, kind and really helped us with the right choices. Overall a grand experience

The ambience and the place is magnificent. The staff is amazing. Shyam nayak and team did a fantastic job to make sure we were welcomed and feel at home.

Honestly, quite disappointing and definitely not worth the hype. We were a group of 25 and came with high expectations, but the service was very slow—some dishes arrived when we were almost done eating. The Laal Maas was disappointing, with the meat not cooked properly. Dal Makhani was also below average. The Butter Chicken was good the first time but very different in the second serving—quite inconsistent. The only thing we really enjoyed was the Rajasthani platter, especially the Dal Baati Churma. For the prices, I expected much better food and service. Big hole in the pocket, but not much satisfaction.

The service was very slow and no one was really paying attention. Only for selected people the waiters will pay attention otherwise they wont even come to offer water and ask for the order Looking at the hospitality we received in some other restaurants which were similar to this, the experience was very normal and the place did not meet as per the expectations

Extremely disappointing experience at 1135 AD. We visited after exploring Amer Fort and decided to walk in. Before making the long walk up, we specifically asked if the restaurant was open. My parents are elderly, and it took them around 20 minutes to reach the restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We were the only three guests in the restaurant, yet it took around 15 minutes for water and another 10 minutes for side plates. The plates brought to us were dirty and some were chipped/broken. The table napkins arrived only after the food had been served, and the cutlery from the fourth seat was never cleared. The server’s attitude was even more disappointing. We felt judged from the beginning, as though he assumed we had come only to take photos. His behaviour came across as rude, dismissive, and biased. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 5 years and have travelled extensively, dining everywhere from small local restaurants to Michelin-starred establishments across different countries. I understand that service can have its challenges, but basic hospitality, cleanliness, and respect should be non-negotiable. We eventually cancelled our order and decided to leave. Even after telling the server that we only wanted the bill and were leaving, his reaction made us feel as though he was making fun of the situation rather than taking us seriously. We came with my elderly parents expecting to enjoy a nice experience after visiting Amer Fort. Instead, we left extremely disappointed. Beautiful location, but the hospitality was nowhere close to what we expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend 1135 AD.
