Anjum at Fairmont Jaipur ☕🍪🍰🍹👑🌸 They serve exceptionally good artisan Lavazza coffees made by baristas Ellia and Mukul (although I believe Mukul has left now). The coffee is top-notch and is accompanied by mouthwatering cookies. ☕🍪The restaurant also offers delicious fresh fruit juice options. 🍹🍊🍓 While the patisserie part of Anjum may look tempting, the pastries themselves are not as tasty as expected. This is an area that could use some improvement. 🍰 The ambiance of Anjum is royal, soothing, and calm. It creates a serene atmosphere for a delightful dining experience. The beautiful views add to the overall charm. 👑🌸🌅 The staff at Anjum is humble and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Their warm hospitality enhances the overall experience.

I am giving it four stars just because of the ambience. The good thing about this place was it's ambience and the traditional Rajasthani folk dance. I visited there on my birthday. We would have ordered more to drink & eat. First of all service was slow, 2stars for service. Hospitality was poor. 3star for hospitality. Last but not the least, we noticed two of the salesman at Anjum tasting the drinks of customers twice before serving the same to the customers. That was the reason we left that place as it's not expected from a five star property, else we would have stayed for longer. It's a request to the managerial staff to take such issues seriously.

Anjum is a part of the dining areas in the Fairmont Jaipur and the menu is not wide but if you want to have a one of a kind experience of seeing the sunset from the beautiful lounge area while sipping tea then it's the place for you. Even though the prices are a bit high for the quality they deliver but I guess it's the whole experience that you are paying for. The best time to go here would be in the evening when you can enjoy the sunset while having a chat with your friends.

At 5pm, we gathered at Anjum for the Fairmont High Tea experience. It was a chance to know each other well over an unrivalled selection of authentic, high quality teas. Sitting in the lobby area and enjoying my hot beverage, I couldn't help but notice the ornate murals and comfortable lounge style sofas all around. The view of the majestic willow Stream Spa from Anjum gleaming against the azure pool is a sight to behold. I was told that Anjum is a popular haunt for holding tea tasting sessions. Also, the Fort Lighting Ceremony takes place just outside Anjum each evening. Slowly yet steadily, as the conversation grew deeper, Anjum transformed into a romantic evening lounge with stars on the ceiling twinkling away.

Love this hotel but some of their staff needs quality training. 1. Security stopped me at the entrance as I didn't remember the name of their restaurant. A day prior I was not asked any questions as I was in a car.. the next day I thought of walking and at the entrance I was asked numerous questions. I made it very clear that I'm not staying with them and just want to visit the restaurant but I believe they give special treatment to their guests on the basis of their status. After talking to the security manager/shift manager I was allowed to enter. I reached Anjum and took a seat. In next 10 minutes noone came to take my order. I called one of the staff but without listening to me, she asked me to wait. After some time, I called the second staff and I was lucky to get the menu. For the next 20 minutes I was waiting for someone to take the order but everyone was busy in their own world ignoring a guest who is sitting in front of them and is ready to spend. Finally, I left the place thinking that maybe this place is not worth the money I'll spend. It was very clear that either they don't value walk-ins or they don't want to earn. This is a pre COVID experience.
