I have always had a great liking for their Pav Bhaji but during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant experience with the owner( aunty). When our order arrived, a dust storm blew in, causing sand to get into our food. We informed the staff about the issue and suggested that we would prefer to eat in our car to avoid further contamination. Surprisingly, they initially declined our request but later agreed, demanding an extra charge of Rs. 20 to transfer the food to plastic plates. Although the amount may seem trivial, it is disappointing to be treated this way as a customer. Moreover, when we requested to pack the remaining food due to the spoiled portion, they once again charged an additional Rs. 20. Their hospitality left much to be desired. I felt embarrassed in front of my cousins, realizing this restaurant in Jaipur exhibit such behavior towards customers, despite charging prices that are not necessarily low.

Horrible experience, time 19:25 today itself I ordered 1 vada pav and 1 dabeli for 200rs and after a few seconds when I handled the amount to so called aunty I asked regarding food so there were two pieces of pav in each and I asked her to cancel 1 and give dabeli only. She told to her employees dono order cancel kardo nahi dena, can't believe such arrogance. Can't customer be treated with good words. Very proudy even the food is overpriced but the behaviour is worst and we had discussion with her that it's the end of her business soon if this behaviour you Carry. I request to our young people to not go there where you only get arrogance ghamand aur kuch nahi 🙏🙏

As soon as me and my wife sat on a table, the owner the so called aunty yelled at us that we have to order first. So I stood up and went near aunty ji and asked for menu. In a very rude way, she told me that they dont have menu. I was amazed. So Me and my wife decided to move out, she was very indifferent to this.

The food is not good , extremely less portions, rates are too High according to the taste and portion size, and most importantly aunty is very arrogant and rude.. i would not suggest it to anyone expect the have too much money to spend of horrible food...

No idea what the hype is all about but the place is dirty with food being cooked in open area and the quality for the price is just not acceptable 😏👎 not worth it at all

Not value for money. I don't understand how & why the name just got famous 🤷‍♀️ They charge a simple 2 pieces Paw bhaji plate for almost ₹200 & it tastes average.

Horrible food. Pav bhaji was left almost entirely untouched. A bite was enough. Add to it the uninterested staff and the arrogant owner. A strict no no.

They’re selling stale left over food with very low quality ingredients and hygiene standards. The oil they used it also of very poor quality
