The food was amazing and the ambience was equally delightful. The only unusual thing was that they only have hot coffee but didn’t have cold coffee on the menu

food ok. beverage service terrible and cheating. 1. vodka ordered with diet Coke. served with out Coke. waited and waited and then asked for it. finally i was told we don't stock it.!!! why not inform me when i ordered! - so that the order will not get cancelled. 2. Staff trying to charge mineral water which they were asked to remove from the table!! i had to send the bill back to change it. and then they spent 15 mts trying to convince me that it was a mistake and that i had asked for the bottle to be removed from the table to the sideboard. so why would they charge an unopened water bottle ifc there was no intention to cheat the guest. and then the manager trying to convince me that it was an innocent mistake.

The place is just over hyped. There is nothing great about the food. The ambience is good but not maintained well. We ordered Mushroom risotto, which was really bad! The staff had zero idea about the dishes.

This place is a beautiful spot to be in. More than the interiors (That people seem to be in awe of) the exterior is pretty. But when it comes to food and service, i have never witnessed a staff so rude and stupid. We wanted to have something that is Jain - now in Jaipur, usually Jain's do not get too many options. But a few things every restaurant can do. This stupid waiter comes to us and says we do not have anything, however, the manager outside told us that you will definitely get 2-3 options. We were speaking to him and we finally settled for a pizza with Jain sauce as he said this is only thing they have, my husband mentioned that we were told you have a few more options, to which this guys replied  - YOU CAN HAVE NON-VEG IF YOU WANT, WE DON'T HAVE JAIN OPTIONS. This brainless waiter was looking down upon us when we was talking to us and we could see that in the way he was talking to us. Such a brainless rude staff for a place so nice. I would never ever recommend this place

First the first guy said you have to pay 1000rs per person cover charge then we only you can enter, that was fine, but after payment when we saw the menu it was mostly non veg, and we requested as we are vegetation and do not consume non veg, could you please refund us the amount, the guy said since you paid online, we will not be able to refund you, you must check veg options and enjoy for 2-3 hrs.

The staff is really ill trained for a place that is seemingly so fancy. The food is pathetically dull and taste less. It tastes as if it’s made by someone who has not even a rudimentary understanding of flavours. The hospitality is the worst part. For a place that looks like this one does, it’s a shame they don’t spend money on training staff in good hospitality and hiring a new chef.
