We visited BBQ Nation earlier on 11th Feb, and the total bill for 4 guests was around ₹3800. Today (Friday, 27th Feb), again for 4 guests, the bill was verbally told as ₹4572. Even if we exclude 2 juices, it comes to around ₹4172, which is still a noticeable difference. Last time, the bill was properly shown and handed over by the billing staff. However, this time no bill was given — only the final amount was told verbally. Since we had come to treat our guests and didn’t want to create a scene, I didn’t question much at that moment. But I feel billing transparency is very important. Customers should always be shown a proper bill before payment. Earlier, we were given a corner seat. This time when we requested, we were told it was already booked. On a positive note, the food quality was good as usual, and the serving staff Ms. Ruchi was excellent — very polite, attentive, and professional. She made the dining experience good. but not satisfied with billing part.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. As a regular customer, I did not expect such poor service. Despite low footfall, the staff was slow and inattentive — we had to request water 4–5 times before it was served. What was even more unacceptable was that some of the food was half-cooked. Because of this, we could not even have the main course, despite paying the full buffet price. This experience was unsatisfactory and far below the standards I’ve come to expect.

The visit was quiet often , however after this visit and the behavior of Deepak at the front desk will definitely make this a last visit to this restaurant. The manager and the staff are rude and they dont have etiquette to handle hospitality industry.

Staff is rude, you made reservations & if you are late by 5 minutes they will made to wait you 2 hrs. Staff is rude, food quality is poor & no taste at all. Very poor service. If you want to see arrogant, visit here
