I recently visited district dining to celebrate a birthday, and honestly, the experience was extremely disappointing. The only good thing about the place is the ambience and overall vibe. Apart from that, the service was extremely poor and the food was not worth the price at all. Considering the amount we paid, the overall experience was nowhere close to what I expected. What made the experience even worse was how my birthday cake was handled. I had specifically given the cake to the staff for safekeeping, but they completely ruined it. The cake was left in a condition where it melted badly, and things were placed on top of it, which completely damaged the cake. I had planned this birthday celebration carefully, and seeing the cake ruined because of the staff’s negligence was honestly very upsetting. The service was disappointing, the food was not good, and despite paying such a high bill, there was absolutely nothing about the overall experience that felt worth the money. Good ambience alone cannot justify such poor service, food quality, and careless handling of a customer’s belongings. I genuinely feel that this experience deserves to be addressed properly. I would appreciate a reasonable compensation/refund for the inconvenience and loss caused, especially considering that the cake was damaged due to the staff’s negligence. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and gets back to me with an appropriate resolution.
