Very bad service and very bad staff. They don’t value the customer at all. I had a bill of ₹945 and I wanted to pay in cash and they didn’t have change of ₹55 and they refused to take my order. I was shocked to see that such a big abd reputed brand refused to bill my order only for not having change. Which is ethically and professionally very wrong and bad. This will only tarnish your reputation.

Ordered gajar halwa, but they sent cold nd frozen halwa. How can one do that? In winters? Why not heat it? What if someone is ordering away from home then how will they heat it to eat it?? How unprofessional this is. Unacceptable behaviour from such a big brand. The staff who are committing such a mistake should be fired immediately. A bid let down this is. Never ordering again from Bikanerwala.

Bikanervala quality has degraded to another level. Pathetic food. The parantha ordered was not prepared properly. The dosa was half cooked. It tasted very bad. The fried rice was not cooked only and had too much salt in it. Worst experience. There was no complaint register at the outlet. Really disappointed. And over all this, the AC of the entire place was not working.

Had the worst lassi of my life, never knew lassi can be this bad until I tried here. 98 rupees for one glass?? very expensive, and if you are charging that much atleast serve it in kulhhad.

They refused to confirm the payment via the district app though earlier mentioned they would do that. Therefore we were not able to avail any discount... Terrible service..
