The waiters and servers were very helpful and nice. Especially Chandan and Bhagwat and Khushboo were very helpful and assistive throughout the process.

The vibe was amazing. The food was good but the service was very slow. Had a good experience anyway. Sam was very helpful.

Poor ambiance….unskilled staff … dead vibes…music choice as if you are at some country bar or dance bar … the 3 star i have for food only aa taste was ok.. otherwise i would have given 1 star

I am disappointed with my experience at Blackout Club. The staff was not cooperative and did not handle customer concerns properly. I expected better service and support. I hope the management improves customer service and communication so future customers have a better experience. The team was not clear in communicating their concerns and expectations. There was a lack of proper communication, which caused confusion and made the experience frustrating. I expected more transparency and cooperation from the staff. I hope they improve their

The pathetic place & not managed at all. secondly wrong timing mentioned. service & food was pathetic and run doen property. not recommaneded . If you book on zomato you are not allowed to go inside the so called club or disc. zomato should avoid listing. & They will not serve beer bucket or jar of needed.

Starting was bad , Lift was Not working, we have to take stairs till 9th Floor , Very slow Service , we ordered pizza and Chicken lollipop but both were Cold , Drinks were served not very Cold , envoriment is not far family dining, overall it was like wasting money

The whole atmosphere was just filled with cigarette smoke even in the dining area. The food seems to be half cooked and tasteless, just an overhyped place. Lastly, billed 10% service charge unnecessarily, even though we have not taken any drinks or extra service.
