the restaurant should have a staff with good knowledge of the menu. and need to brief them if something they didn't know they can ask to the senior. so the guest can have clearity about the food. I ordered for a nonveg platter but the dish I got that was sizzler. and the waiter (lady) was not ready to accept the mistake.

My experience at Blackout Club @ Terrace was very disappointing. The service was really poor and the staff seemed careless. Even though the place was not crowded, the waiter was busy playing songs for himself and ignored our requests to change the music. We asked multiple times, but he didn’t listen. When we told other staff members, they also didn’t care or try to help. The worst part was the manager’s attitude. When we complained, he showed no interest in solving the problem and didn’t take it seriously at all. In the end, we asked for the bill and left feeling frustrated. This place really needs better staff and better management. I would not recommend it to anyone expecting decent service.
