Though with a bit slow service the vibe and food were really good, as always. You should definitely try their Mezze platter, pesto pasta, avocado toast and Tiramisu

This café is definitely not a peaceful place. It is often crowded with children's birthday parties, kitty parties, large family gatherings, and big groups of colleagues. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax or work, this is not the right choice. Another disappointing experience was the service. We visited using a discount offer, and it felt like our order was intentionally delayed. While other customers who were not using the offer received their food much faster, we were kept waiting and felt completely ignored. The food was decent, but the poor service and noisy atmosphere made the overall experience disappointing. I would not recommend this café, especially if you expect fair service and a calm environment.

Brot Co. feels more like a banquet hall than a café. Large groups are almost always present—whether it's ladies' groups, kids' parties, or corporate gatherings. Because of this, the staff often struggles to attend to other guests, and orders get delayed. The constant noise from these big groups makes it difficult to relax or enjoy quality time. If you're looking for a peaceful café experience, this place can be quite disappointing due to the loud and crowded atmosphere.

Worst place ever.. went with a friend half of their menu was not available.. pathetic service.. no cutlery no tissues.. kept on asking for everything.. nobody to attend properly.. drinks came post main dish.. and ordered fettuccine pasta which was bland and with an insect in it. worst part they had audacity to bill us for the crap they served.. we left paying for the drinks we didn't even drink and cancelled our pizza.

The food was perfect but the service was pathetic and the staff there was inexperience and intolerable as they have given us two bills after we have informed them that we have a District offer and we have mentioned our offer prior still they were charging us the whole amount and they were very impatient does this offer entail that we have to pay separate for liquor despite having the same billing and district offer

They failed to acknowledge the fact that I had a whiskey, uh, which was part of my deal. In spite of telling the staff and showing them the same as well, I was not served the same. The food was very average, and the service was also very average. But my experience was already ruined in the beginning, so I did not enjoy it.
