They did not deliver my cake and told me that it is canceled they took money also they have not refunded my amount pathetic people being regular customer they don't bother about it very bad not acceptable please don't trust big brands they took money Still they were not ready to send cake

Only one staff in the entire outlet, he also very unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers. No politeness. Nothing when compared to experience of other brown sugar branches. Never visiting this branch again. Spoiling their name!

worst experience. they asked to purchase full cake they don't have a pastry. totally worthless. drove 8 km for hazelnut pastry. will never come again
