We had a pathetic hospitality experience at the Malviya Nagar store of Brown Sugar. The person on billing counter was extremely rude and no sense of talking to customers. Even after mentioning the rude behaviour to him, He doesn’t bother to apologise and behaved very bad! Being in Hospitality business Brown Sugar, you should double check while recruiting the front desk people.
