This has to be one of the nicest place for having Italian cuisine. We particularly liked the Chicago style pizza, tried for the first time and it was damn tasty. A must try. One of the highlights was the cheesecake shake, something great and different. Pasta was nice.

The place is ok, not for those who love ambience, so if i come to the food I ordered 1. Margherita pizza - the taste of the pizza was good but the crust was so big i mean half of the slice was crust only that was disappointing, 2. Bruschetta was really good Sun dried tomatoes with pesto, it is something you can order.

I visited this restaurant expecting a rich, authentic Neapolitan pizza experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had. Authentic Neapolitan pizza requires a proper high-temperature wood-fired oven to achieve the characteristic texture, flavor, and crust. To my surprise, the restaurant was serving what they advertised as Neapolitan pizza without even having the appropriate oven setup. The pizza lacked the signature airy crust, smoky flavor, and soft yet well-charred base that define a genuine Neapolitan pizza. Instead, it felt like a poorly executed imitation being sold under a premium label. The ingredients tasted average, the texture was far from authentic, and the overall experience did not justify the expectations created by the menu and branding. As a customer, I don’t mind paying for quality, but I do expect honesty and authenticity. Calling something “Neapolitan pizza” while not following even the basic requirements of its preparation is misleading. I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope the restaurant either improves its methods or represents its food more accurately to customers in the future.

Visited Brunatos: The watermelon mojito and pesto pasta were great, but the rest was a letdown. The pizza came wrong first and the replacement lacked true Neapolitan texture, while the cheese & truffle fries were just air-fried with no cheese or truffle. To top it off, it’s run with a total "Lala business" vibe—we were made to wait while the owner had a loud staff meeting right in front of the customers to address their mistakes. Definitely not worth the high prices!

I waited almost 45 mins but pizza was not served, even guests who came after us were given their pizza, there seems to be a stock issue which was not informed at all. Though Pan Cake was served after 30 Mins and was yummy. This review is specifically for a service issue rather than a taste. Mr. Lokesh seemed apologetic but dont know about his seriousness. I will never visit again. Had to leave without eating pizza.
