“The ambiance and décor of the café were absolutely perfect, and I really enjoyed the overall vibe. However, the most important aspect of any café is the food, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied at all. For me, the food was just a 3/10 in terms of taste and quality. If more focus is given to improving the food, this place could easily become a top choice.”

I visited here with my family, had worst service experience. The restaurant’s service is very poor, they don’t have sufficient staff and service providers. Staff makes excuse that they have high load, and they don’t know how to service. Please don’t visit if you want to stay hungry and want to walk out of restaurant. Infact, they will even deny you regular water, which is even FSSAI rule. Highly disappointed. There’s no staff nearby your table all of them are inside you’ve keep calling them loud for food order or any request. Staff is not attentive at all, they don’t know how to run a restaurant. And I don’t know who isn’t owner or manager because no one is attentive.

I ordered rajasthani thali at night and The food was cold. Few items were having bad smell like it was steal food. It was perishable. I requested to change and in exchange they said they will give dal but the service was so poor that I did not get the dal in time ended up having it without dal. I asked three times to their staff but did not get it. Then I complaint and so the waiter came. But mu mood was off by then. Dont have thali here. Also one of my friends have ordered hyderabadi biryani and that was also cold .They dont give good qualoty food, dont provide good service and atmosphere was also so loud. Not worth the price they charge.Dont go here.

Hum pre book karke gye the but inhone humse alag se payment liya hai. Inka vyavhar bhut rude tha. Jab humne is bare m reception par baat kri toh ye bolte ye hamare owner ki policy hai, jab itna hi issue h toh inhe booking lena band kar dena chahiye nhi toh terms and conditions m likhna chahiye. Bhut pareshan hoke hamne inhe pura payment Kiya.
