We visited Chaandi at Hilton Jaipur specifically to try their Laal Maans and Biryani, and it turned out to be one of the most satisfying dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The Biryani was absolutely exceptional . Tender, perfectly cooked chicken that was flavorful without being overly spicy. Every bite was rich with aroma and balanced spices. The Laal Maans too was cooked to perfection ,beautifully tender meat simmered in a perfectly balanced, spicy yet flavourful gravy that hit just the right notes. We were completely full and content by the end of our meal. The service deserves a special mention. Prompt, polite, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. A big shoutout to the chefs, who clearly know their craft. We were a bit skeptical before visiting, but the food truly exceeded our expectations. Overall, Chaandi delivers on both taste and experience, exceptional food paired with some of the best hospitality in Jaipur. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to indulge in authentic, flavourful dishes with top-notch service.

It was a rainy day and we wished to visit a nice fine dining restaurant. After due research, we settled on this restaurant. Not only was the food tasty, but i would say it was the staff that truly stole the show. being both a rainy day, and dry day, entertainment was limited and the restaurant was quite empty but the staff ensured not only were we settled in, but that whatever could be provided to make our visit worth it. Elena and Srikanth did a wonderful job and even went out of their way to alter the menu to cater to our food requirements. wonderful service, shall definitely visit again.

As usual the best dal, chur chur naan and even paneer tikka masala. tried Vanda (drink) . tasted a little sour but it's what was described.

Ordered 8-9 cocktails and food but didn’t like anything. Ambience was fine. The service by Elena and ruby was also nice they were really humble but apart from it was not a worthy experience.
