Our first palace dining experience was at Jai Mahal’s Cinnamon. Visited them because they were rated 4.9 on zomato and oh boy, they did not disappoint. Pricing The thalis were priced at about 3500 - used an epicure discount for 20%. Food Was very good. There were many highlights and very few items which did not work - that again could be a personal preference. What I loved Dal Cinnamon - their in-house dal makhani. Possibly among the best I have had across the country. Raita - an often neglected dish but the finely grated garlic pieces in it was an absolute winner. Something I haven’t seen any other restaurant do. Everything else except the following dishes were great. - dal batti: given how good everything was the expecting this to be better. Specially considering we had better ones at Jaipur. - chicken khorma - one of the rare occasions where I did not ask for a repeat of a chicken curry. Service The staff were extremely accommodative and supportive as we were travelling with an infant. Hospitality and Taj should be synonyms I suppose. Overall, a place I would highly recommend. This review is to mention the spectacular hospitality delivered by the staff at Cinnamon; Taj and warmth have become synonymous with each other, however it must be said that, right off the bat, Manoj was approachable, friendly, polite and kind enough to provide me a private dining experience; Divya, and Lalit were one of the most hospitable servers I’ve been fortunate enough to come across - they provide their services lovingly and warmly; finally, the Chef, Navraj, what a marvellous cook, what ideas of flavours that man possesses, and yet so humble. A special kudos to all of them! The food, as expected was spectacular - the Reshmi kebabs had a silken smooth texture, and the went amazingly well with the mango chutney and the pickled onions - a burst of flavours, and layers of tastes; the lamb fell of the bone with the slightest ease, and had a little bite to it - the way it is enjoyed in Hyderabad! Can’t recommend this place more!

Not many places are left that can make you feel that taste, that authenticity in food which you can feel, observe, taste and smell right from the time of food coming on your table till you savour last bit of it. Cinnamon is the finest example of culinary arts. The taste of food is unparalleled, the quality of ingredients is so authentic. It's just, amazing. Last but not least, staff at Cinnamon knows hospitality the best, they made my father's birthday special with their complimentary ghewar sweet dish. Thank you for serving happiness Cinnamon!

Chef Pankaj and Manu; manager at Marble Arch ..Bravo !! Amazing food .. Laal Maas the best i have eaten till date from my travels in various parts of Rajasthan .. being a hardcore non vegetarian, and gorging on malai kofta was a surprise to my family.. and don’t forget the Chaach.. overall an experience to remember and cherish for us.

Best food! The food was fresh and lovely. Celebrated my cousin’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake as well! The ambiance and service was impeccable. Shilpita was an excellent host. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the other host and our amazing chef! But they were phenomenal as well. Lots of love.

We had ordered dal makhni, yellow dal and bhindi (customized home style). For dessert, we had cinnamon ice cream and kulfi. All items were outstanding. Lovely service and ambience. Must visit in Jaipur.

High expectations, low outcome is what I would call my last nights dinner. Took my family to the TAJ’s Cinnamon restaurant at Jai Mahal Palace with such high expectations that I am going to 5 star hotel that too of Taj but my honest feedback would be that the place has nothing WOW for vegetarians expect their Sangri Kababs. We ordered their mix platter (veg), mix veg handi, methi mangodi with lachcha parantha, makki ki roti and also, 2 mock tails on the side. Mix veg platter - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mocktails (lemonade and some peach drink) - ⭐️ Mains - methi mangodi - ⭐️⭐️ Mix veg handi - ⭐️⭐️ Lachcha parantha - ⭐️⭐️ Makki aur besan ki roti - 0 stars (really it was so bad) Rabdi Malpua - ⭐️ Service - ⭐️⭐️ Everything was below average from a 5 star standards, honestly there are many restaurants across Jaipur where tasty veg food is served with amazing service. Nothing was special about the food, about the service that would make me recommend this place to someone. For the price you pay, this place is exorbitant and not worth as you will not get an enjoyable dining experience.
