Went to Coffee Sutra with my friend just for a coffee, and it turned out to be a really nice experience. The place was quite busy with almost full seating, but the service was still smooth and well-managed. The coffee was way too good, definitely the highlight of our visit. The ambience was pleasant as well. It felt a little dim and shady inside, but the outside seating was lively with beautiful lights, which created a great vibe. The best part? I got one coffee free on my first order just by downloading their app and placing the order through it. Overall, a great place to grab coffee and chill. Definitely worth visiting.

Coffee was good but the food there is not matching the standards. Butter Croissant was expired and soggy in taste veg hummus was not good and last avocado toast was really bad worst experience in having food there but coffee was good 😌

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food was average, but what really ruined the visit was the conversation with the manager. Instead of listening to our concern, the manager was rude and dismissive, which made the situation uncomfortable. Good customer service matters just as much as food, and sadly that was completely missing here. I hope the management works on communication and treating customers with basic respect in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sutra Café. I handed over my car to the valet, and when it was returned, I noticed that it had been driven for about 10 km unnecessarily. To make things worse, the car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if someone had smoked inside. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Such negligence and misuse of customer trust cannot be ignored. I will never visit this place again and do not recommend it to anyone.
