Ordered soup and pasta. Pasta was good. Soup portion can be bigger. It was cold.

Hotel has charged buffet rates much higher than mentioned on Zomato.. Zomato price was 699 rs but they have charged 1099 Rs. per person. We were 9 people and can only avail 35% discount which is unfair as we went to Fern because of Zomato rates but highly disappointed.Staff told me that you are availing 35% what else you want and this is not the good way to talk.

I had dinner buffet on 21st Nov.2024.The service was horrible and so was the waitress and manager.The food was awfully bad.Rice was very cold.I had to shout for hot rice.Food was overpriced.Overall the staff was as horrible as the food.
