We had avocado and cheese tartine, gourmet Omelette and coffees. Tartine was great, never had something so fresh and filling. Gourmet Omelette was a little mellow, taste was good but can be improved to have more flavor. Coffees were great.

I have liked this always and the Coffees. Today I was sad to taste the Salad. Had ordered Buddha bowl but Salad was not good. It was not fresh and felt stale. Maybe it was 9.30pm and hence closing time. I wont take this experience as a deterrent to visit this place again but requesting you guys to pls take care of this. Appreciate the ambience and food of this place.

I've been a loyalist of this place over the years - visiting almost every day when I'm in Jaipur (and spending on average a thousand or more daily and individually + adding to the tip jar every time I visited - not that what I spend should matter, but just to clarify that I'm not a squatter). In the recent past I've observed sone of the male staff become increasingly rude and arrogant. I ignored this behaviour on a few occasions - because the remainder of the staff was courteous and because the place on the whole seemed very cosy and welcoming. Yesterday, I had two staff members (the usual suspects - one at the cashier's counter and the other in the outside seating area) actually in ways that were unacceptable for a café of this standard. I left the place with my order paid for and untouched, and I won't be returning. Makes be incredibly sad because I liked the place. I don't think this will impact their business in the short term, because they're quite popular, and I have no hope that the ownership will act on this - for the same reason. But I feel like I can't be the only long termer to have abandoned this place because of the behaviour of the few belligerent staff. And this will eventually take a once great place down the tubes. I've also observed the female staff here look quite stressed at all times. Not sure what challenges they're facing, but if the ownership is reading this - recommend looking into it. In conclusion - great coffee, good ambience, decent food. Be sure to visit once, but be cautious of making this your go to place, because at that point you're playing russian roulette with the staff.

The food and coffee here is horrible!! Ordered a sandwich and we couldnt eat post one bite. It had a pungent aftertase and the bread was cold and dry (not like the sourdough). Now coming to coffee we ordered ice blended coffee and vietnamese coffee. Both were not upto the mark. Vietnamese coffee came in mixed and couldnt tell if they used condensed milk as they should or normal toned milk. The coffee beans didnt have the aroma that should be present at this price point. While ice blended cold coffee was even worse, we couldnt eat post barely taste the coffee but could clearly taste the milk in it Service was slow as well had to remind them of my order. There are much better cafes in jaipur that one should try both in terms of ambience and food

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. We ordered a pizza that did not taste good at all, and when we politely requested to change the order, the staff member (the person shown in the picture) behaved in a completely unacceptable manner. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they were rude, dismissive, and humiliated us in front of others. Hospitality is about respect and courtesy, especially when a customer raises a genuine concern. Unfortunately, this was entirely missing here. Such behavior left us uncomfortable and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service and staff training. This issue should be accelerated…!

We had the worst experience. I asked for V60, the cashier not even mention that pour over isn't available and gave an aeropress brew. I understood this way later after tasting the coffee. plus the cashier (the lady with glasses) was extremely rude and non helpful. When asked for help, she asked us to just read the menu whereas the doubt was beyond the menu. This is the 4th time I am having a bad experience with this lady and I am not the only one who had this experience. 2 of my friends encountered the same RUDE behaviour from this lady. Please look into this as this has absolutely ruined my experience. I got my tourist friend here to visit but the staff experience absolutely ruined our overall vibes.

I ordered Tomato bruschetta and pita with humus it’s taste is really bad. The bread for both the dishes is old. Don’t order the dishes which includes bread.. They serve expired bread dishes…

The coffee was pretty average, they only use aeropress for pour overs -- very strange and disappointing. The staff is very arrogant and rude.

It's advertised as work friendly cafe, but it's not. they don't provide internet not the space for work. They don't welcome working people

Worst coffee ever! The light roast was not made properly. It didn’t taste anything like the notes mentioned. Peak disappointed.
