Absolutely love this place. Have visited Giardino a few times and always had a great experience. It is most likely the best Italian in Jaipur. The hotel Jai Mahal is beautiful and the restaurant ambience benefits from it. The outdoor seating next to the pool is nice. The service is warm and friendly. Literally everything we've had here has been great, right from the bread basket to the pizzas, pastas and grills. It's a must have when in Jaipur.

Tajness at its best. What a lovely place to spend your Sunday afternoon. The food is just delicious. Ordered burrata, chicken lasagna, quattro for maggi pizza and tiramisu. All the dishes were fabulous and yummy.

Royal and classic Italian Pool side resturant with nice amazing Italian food during our recent stay we had great time at this place deserts were amazing and mr ashish was always ready serve us with great smile

A calm and relaxing dining experience at this place. We ordered a Spaghetti Arrabbiata and Parmisiana Di Melanzane with some wine. Both the dishes were well cooked and it was a great time.

I went here on dinner for Valentines Day and took their set menu. The place is beautiful. We were seated next to the pool. The architectural beauty added to the entire experience. Mr. Satyajeet took great care of us. The service was splendid. We were served their signature dishes off their menu which speaks of their great hospitality. We ordered: - Amuse bouche : the avacado tasted very refreshing and the complete taste was very good. - Poached figs with rocket leaves : this tasted so different. The figs were the cherry on the top. - Tuscany Minestrone Soup : this tasted just perfect. Absolutely loved the flavors. - Asparagus Risotto : this tasted good as well, asparagus was fresh and crunchy. - Mushroom Risotto : this was creamy and with rich mushroom flavors. - Tiramisu : one of the best I have had. The sponge had perfect coffee flavors. Couldn't have asked for a better date night. Absolutely lovely place for date nights or family outings or for when you feel like having drinks with your girls.

Places like Giardino are known for their hospitality and they particularly disappointed with it! We had a pizza which was good but the staff is so rude! We didn't order for any drinks or something else so the waiter started cleaning the table while we were eating the pizza!! She started taking away the cutlery and wine glasses mid our lunch! Either they don't know what's hospitality or they only display it when you have a big fat order! And there were other tables with 1-2 people with big orders, she didn't took away the extra cutlery from those tables. Horrible horrible customer experience! The people at Jai Mahal really need to train their staff.

They Served Havmour Cassata with decorations for 750rs. A 5 ⭐ should be making their own ice cream that's why one orders from their menu. This was Very misleading and spoilt an otherwise good experience

Overrated …portion size is also less..charging 1300 rs for arabitta pasta which was also pathetic..manager behaviour was also rude…!!

The food was good but the manger was extremely rude. Can’t imagine they have kept such an unpleasant staff at a 5 star restaurant.
